Created2Care provides bespoke care packages for some of society’s most vulnerable and disadvantaged young people and adults. We are a semi-independent service provider; our services are currently designed to meet the needs of clients aged 16+ up to adulthood.

We provide 16+ supported accommodation for care leavers as well as UASC accommodations. We have a diverse multi-disciplinary team including Social Workers, gang/youth workers, CSE lead, RGN, Psychotherapist, and educational specialists. We can complete S17 single assessments in our supported accommodations whilst the young person is cared for by our care staff. Thus, assisting the placing authority in providing a timely robust assessment of the service user’s needs.

Our services can be delivered in various locations based upon need for young people unable to reside in their local area due to contextualised safeguarding risks, with either single occupancy or shared housing. C2C’s passion is to improve the outcomes of service users in our care and compliment the hard work of social workers and placement managers.
